Snagfly's payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Charges and receipts come from Paddle. For billing questions you can email us at hello@snagfly.com or use the link in the receipt Paddle sent you. Please reach out to us before opening a bank dispute — we can almost always sort it out directly and faster.
