Refund Policy

Last updated: 5 June 2026

This policy explains when and how you can get a refund for a Snagfly subscription. It works alongside our Terms of Service and the Buyer Terms of our Merchant of Record, Paddle.

In short: the Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans include a 7-day free trial — cancel before it ends and you are never charged. After you are charged, you can request a refund within 30 days. And our $300 savings guarantee refunds your full year if Snagfly doesn't save you at least $300.

1. Free plan and free trials

Snagfly's Free plan is permanently free and requires no payment. Paid plans may include a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your paid subscription begins automatically and your payment method is charged for the first billing period.

2. 30-day refund window

If you are charged for a Snagfly paid plan, you may request a full refund within 30 days of that charge by emailing hello@snagfly.com (or by contacting Paddle). We process approved refunds back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

3. EU / UK withdrawal rights

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on your purchase. Because Snagfly is a digital service supplied immediately, where you ask us to start the service during the withdrawal period you acknowledge that your withdrawal right may end once the service has been fully performed. These statutory rights are in addition to — and not limited by — the 30-day window above.

4. Renewals

Paid subscriptions auto-renew at the then-current price until cancelled. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your renewal date from your dashboard at app.snagfly.com. If you are charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 30 days of that renewal and we will work with you in good faith, in line with the 30-day window above.

5. The $300 savings guarantee

Separately from the 30-day window, Snagfly offers a $300 savings guarantee: if you book at least one fare from a Snagfly alert in your first year and do not save at least $300 versus the baseline fare across that year, we refund your subscription for that year in full. To claim, email hello@snagfly.com. The guarantee applies once per subscriber and requires that you acted on at least one alert. Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.

6. How to request a refund

  1. Email hello@snagfly.com from the address on your account, or use the billing options in the receipt Paddle sent you.
  2. Tell us your account email and the reason (optional, but it helps us improve).
  3. We confirm and, if approved, Paddle issues the refund to your original payment method.

Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record for your purchase, the refund appears from Paddle. Please contact us before opening a bank dispute or chargeback — a dispute is slower for you and we can almost always resolve it directly.
