Refund Policy
This policy explains when and how you can get a refund for a Snagfly subscription. It works alongside our Terms of Service and the Buyer Terms of our Merchant of Record, Paddle.
In short: every membership starts with an optional free 7-day trial — cancel before it ends and you are never charged. After you are charged ($3.99/month or $29.99/year), you can request a full refund within 30 days. No forms, no friction.
1. The free 7-day trial
Every new Snagfly membership includes an optional 7-day free trial with full access. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged anything. If you do not cancel, your paid subscription begins automatically and your payment method is charged for the first billing period ($3.99 for monthly or $29.99 for annual billing).
2. 30-day refund window
If you are charged for a Snagfly paid plan, you may request a full refund within 30 days of that charge by emailing hello@snagfly.com (or by contacting Paddle). We process approved refunds back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
3. EU / UK withdrawal rights
If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on your purchase. Because Snagfly is a digital service supplied immediately, where you ask us to start the service during the withdrawal period you acknowledge that your withdrawal right may end once the service has been fully performed. These statutory rights are in addition to — and not limited by — the 30-day window above.
4. Renewals
Paid subscriptions auto-renew at the then-current price until cancelled. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your renewal date from your dashboard at app.snagfly.com. If you are charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 30 days of that renewal and we will work with you in good faith, in line with the 30-day window above.
5. Savings claims and refunds
Snagfly advertises savings of up to 90% on airfares. This reflects the largest discounts our alerts surface against the rolling 90-day median fare; actual savings vary and are not guaranteed (see our Terms of Service). Savings outcomes are not by themselves grounds for a refund outside the 30-day window above — but if you feel Snagfly hasn't delivered, email us and we will always look at it in good faith.
6. How to request a refund
- Email hello@snagfly.com from the address on your account, or use the billing options in the receipt Paddle sent you.
- Tell us your account email and the reason (optional, but it helps us improve).
- We confirm and, if approved, Paddle issues the refund to your original payment method.
Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record for your purchase, the refund appears from Paddle. Please contact us before opening a bank dispute or chargeback — a dispute is slower for you and we can almost always resolve it directly.
7. What is not refundable
- Charges older than 30 days, except where the law requires otherwise.
- The cost of any flights, fees, or travel you booked with an airline or third party — Snagfly never sells flights, so we cannot refund them. Contact the airline or provider for those.
