Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 7 August 2026

This policy explains how to cancel your Snagfly subscription and how billing works when you do. It works alongside our Terms of Service.

In short: every membership starts with an optional free 7-day trial - cancel before it ends and you are never charged. After that, you can cancel anytime: cancelling stops your next charge and keeps your access running until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't offer refunds for time already paid, but you're always free to cancel so you're never billed again.

1. The free 7-day trial

Every new Snagfly membership includes an optional 7-day free trial with full access. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged anything. If you don't cancel, your paid subscription begins automatically and your payment method is charged for the first billing period ($29.99 for annual billing).

2. Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription whenever you like, in a couple of clicks, from your dashboard at app.snagfly.com (or by replying to any payment receipt). No forms, no retention hoops, no phone calls.

Cancelling takes effect for your upcoming charge: your subscription simply won't renew, and you won't be billed again. You keep full access to Snagfly until the end of the period you've already paid for - nothing is switched off the moment you cancel.

3. No refunds - cancel to stop future charges

Snagfly is a low-cost annual membership with a free trial up front, so we don't offer refunds for a billing period that has already started. Instead, cancelling any time before your renewal date stops the next charge, and you keep the access you've paid for until it runs out. Keeping things this way is part of how we hold the price low for everyone. The only exceptions are where a refund is required by law (see below) or where we have clearly charged you in error - in which case, just tell us and we'll put it right.

4. EU / UK withdrawal rights

If you're a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on your purchase. Because Snagfly is a digital service supplied immediately, where you ask us to start the service during the withdrawal period you acknowledge that your withdrawal right may end once the service has been fully performed. These statutory rights always apply regardless of the no-refund policy above - contact us and we will honour them.

5. Renewals

Paid subscriptions auto-renew at the then-current price until cancelled. To avoid a renewal charge, simply cancel before your renewal date from your dashboard - your renewal date is always shown there and in your payment receipts. Cancelling before that date means you are never charged for the next period.

6. Savings claims

Snagfly advertises savings of up to 90% on airfares. This reflects the largest discounts our alerts surface against the rolling 90-day median fare; actual savings vary and are not guaranteed (see our Terms of Service). Savings outcomes aren't grounds for a refund - but if you feel Snagfly hasn't delivered, email us and we'll always look at it in good faith and make sure you can cancel cleanly.

7. How to cancel

  1. Sign in at app.snagfly.com and open your account or billing settings.
  2. Choose Cancel subscription - you'll see the date your access runs until, right there.
  3. That's it: you keep access to the end of your paid period and won't be billed again. Prefer email? Message hello@snagfly.com from your account address and we'll cancel it for you.

Payments are securely processed by our payment processor, and billing and cancellation are managed by Snagfly. Please contact us before opening a bank dispute or chargeback - a dispute is slower for you and we can almost always sort it out directly.

8. Contact
