Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Snagfly's website at snagfly.com and the Snagfly application at app.snagfly.com. By creating an account or using Snagfly, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
Snagfly ("Snagfly", "we", "us", or "our") is a flight deal alert service operated by Moid Khan, an individual sole proprietor based in Pakistan. You can reach us at hello@snagfly.com. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Snagfly.
2. What Snagfly is
Snagfly is a flight deal alert service. You pin the destinations you want to fly to, and Snagfly's automated systems monitor airfares for those routes and email you when a fare drops significantly below its recent baseline. Specifically:
- Snagfly is not a travel agency, airline, tour operator, or online travel agency (OTA), and does not sell, issue, or book flights.
- We define a "deal" as a fare at least 50% below the rolling 90-day median for that exact route. This is a signal, not an offer.
- When you receive an alert, you book directly with the airline or a third-party provider using the link we supply. Snagfly is not a party to that transaction.
- Airfares change in real time and inventory is limited. We do not guarantee that any fare shown in an alert will still be available, accurate, or bookable when you act on it.
3. Accounts & eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use Snagfly. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are managed at app.snagfly.com.
4. Plans, billing & renewals
Snagfly offers a permanently free plan and paid subscription plans. Current features and prices are shown on our pricing page. Key terms:
- Free plan: free forever, with no credit card required, subject to the limits described at sign-up (for example, a limited number of pinned destinations and alerts per week).
- Paid plans are billed in advance on an annual basis. Some plans include a 7-day free trial; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription begins and you are charged.
- Auto-renewal: paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, using your saved payment method, until you cancel. We will use reasonable efforts to remind you before renewal where required by law.
- Regional pricing: some plans are offered at reduced rates for specific regions. Regional pricing is intended for residents of those regions and may be verified.

5. Payments & Merchant of Record
Our order process and payments are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Ltd and its affiliates). When you buy a paid Snagfly plan, Paddle is the merchant of record for that purchase — Paddle handles the transaction, billing, receipts, and applicable taxes, and your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Paddle may contact you with transaction-related notices (such as receipts, renewal reminders, and payment-failure notices). Questions about a charge, invoice, or payment method can be directed to Paddle or to us at hello@snagfly.com.
6. $300 savings guarantee
If you are a paying subscriber, book at least one fare from a Snagfly alert during your first year, and do not save at least $300 versus the baseline fare across that year, we will refund your subscription in full for that year. To claim, email hello@snagfly.com. The guarantee applies once per subscriber, requires that you acted on at least one alert, and is calculated against the baseline (rolling 90-day median) fares referenced in your alerts. It does not cover incidental costs such as fees, accommodation, or changes to your travel plans.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard at app.snagfly.com, or by emailing hello@snagfly.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. When you cancel, your account data is deleted within 30 days unless you ask us to retain your destination wishlist for a future return. See the Refund Policy for refund eligibility.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) resell, scrape, or redistribute Snagfly alerts or data without our permission; (b) use automated means to access the service beyond normal personal use; (c) interfere with or disrupt the service; (d) misuse regional pricing; or (e) use Snagfly for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Intellectual property
Snagfly, its name, logo, website, app, and the content we create (excluding third-party airfare data and airline content) are owned by Snagfly and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own travel planning. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the service except as allowed by law.
10. Airlines & third parties
Alerts contain links to airlines and third-party booking providers. Those providers operate independently and under their own terms and privacy policies. Snagfly does not control and is not responsible for their prices, availability, fees, ticketing, cancellations, schedule changes, or customer service. Any contract for a flight is solely between you and the airline or provider you book with.
11. Disclaimers
Snagfly is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that alerts will be timely or complete, or that any fare will remain available. Snagfly is a planning aid, not financial or travel advice.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snagfly will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost savings, missed fares, or travel costs. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid Snagfly in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
13. Changes
We may update the service and these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use Snagfly after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
